about

my story

Flowers have been part of my life for as long as I can remember.

My earliest lessons in floral design stemmed from my grandmother, who had a particular kind of abandon when it came to flowers. She was known to pull the car over at any moment to trim off a few unsuspecting lilacs or hydrangeas. I would observe and assist as she effortlessly created and sold arrangements for every occasion. She adorned our backyard with rose bushes and flower beds.

Because of my close relationship with my grandmother, I grew up understanding flowers served a greater purpose: they were an artistic medium meant to be collected and shared.

experience

That instinct eventually found its way into everything I did.

For 25 years, my experience in upscale hospitality, client services, and production has taught me how to bring ambitious ideas to life, anticipate what people need, solve problems when plans inevitably change, and make the complex seem effortless.

the awakening

While navigating corporate burnout, I found myself returning to floral design. What began as a way to reconnect with creativity, myself, and find mental stillness became a weekly ritual. Slowly, almost unexpectedly, those arrangements became the clearest expression of everything I've always loved: floral design, creativity, connection, and the art of elevating a special moment.

ROMANZA FLORA grew from that ritual.

Behind every breathtaking moment is the dedication that makes it possible.

And I happen to love that part, too.
